How we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Amli Media websites and services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to AMLI MEDIA PVT. LTD. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). We operate amlimedia.com, amlinetwork.com, and their subdomains (*.amlimedia.com and *.amlinetwork.com) (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of the Service. We use data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this policy. Undefined terms have the same meaning as in our Terms & Conditions.
The Terms and this Privacy Policy together form your agreement with us. This policy covers the marketing sites and, where we act as a controller, account and billing data for platform users. Where we process impression, device, or bid data solely on a publisher’s or advertiser’s instructions, we typically act as a processor under that customer’s contract.
2. Definitions
- Service — the amlimedia.com and amlinetwork.com websites and related products operated by AMLI MEDIA PVT. LTD.
- Personal Data — information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual.
- Usage Data — data collected automatically from use of the Service or its infrastructure (for example, length of a page visit).
- Cookies — small files stored on your device.
- Data Controller — the person who decides how and why personal data is processed. For this policy, we are the controller of data we collect for our own purposes (such as this website and your Amli Media account).
- Data Processors / service providers — parties who process data on the controller’s behalf.
- Data Subject / User — the individual using the Service and the subject of Personal Data.
3. Information we collect and why
We collect several types of information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3.1 Personal Data
We may ask for information that can identify or contact you, including:
- email address;
- first and last name;
- phone number;
- postal address, country, state/province, city, and ZIP/postal code;
- Cookies and Usage Data.
We may use Personal Data to send newsletters, product updates, or other messages you may find relevant. You can opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Service and billing messages may continue where needed to run your account.
3.2 Usage Data
We may collect data your browser or device sends when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time, time on page, device type and identifiers, operating system, and diagnostic logs.
3.3 Location Data
We may use location information if you allow it, to provide or improve features. You can turn location services off in your device settings.

4. How we use data
AMLI MEDIA PVT. LTD. uses collected data to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- notify you of changes;
- enable interactive features you choose to use;
- provide customer support;
- analyse usage and diagnose technical issues;
- perform contracts, including billing and collection;
- send account, subscription, expiry, and similar notices;
- send marketing about similar products or services unless you opt out;
- fulfil any other purpose you authorised when you gave the information, or for which we have consent.
5. Retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including legal, dispute-resolution, and contract-enforcement needs. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period unless we must retain it longer for security, product improvement, or law.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers outside your state or country, including in India. If you are outside India and send us information, you agree to that transfer. We take reasonable steps so that Personal Data is treated in line with this policy and is not sent to a country or organisation without appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose Personal Data:

- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
- to subsidiaries and affiliates;
- to contractors and service providers who support our business;
- to fulfil the purpose for which you provided it (including displaying a customer logo where you agree);
- for any other purpose we disclosed when you provided the data, or with your consent;
- if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Data. No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. GDPR (EEA / EU)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Some data is required to provide the Service.

10. CalOPPA
We allow you to visit the public site without creating an account. This Privacy Policy is linked from the site footer. Material changes will be posted on this page. You may request updates to your information at support@amlimedia.com.
Where a Do Not Track (DNT) signal is enabled in your browser, we honour it on this marketing site: we do not use additional advertising cookies for that browser session. You can set DNT in your browser preferences.
11. CCPA (California)
California residents may request, up to twice in 12 months, the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, sources, business purpose, and categories of third parties with whom we share it, limited to the prior 12 months. You may request deletion (which we may fulfil by de-identification where allowed). We do not sell personal information for money. Some transfers without payment can still be treated as a “sale” under California law; you may ask us to stop those transfers.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Requests: support@amlimedia.com. The CCPA took effect on 1 January 2020.
12. Service providers
We may use third parties to host, process payments, analyse usage, automate development (CI/CD), serve ads, or run remarketing. They may access Personal Data only to perform work for us and must not use it for other purposes.
13. Advertising and remarketing
We and our vendors may use cookies to measure and, where permitted, show ads on other sites based on your visit to the Service. You can manage this through the Cookie Policy and your browser or device settings.
14. Payments
Paid products are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by processors under their policies and PCI-DSS standards.
15. Links to other sites
The Service may link to sites we do not operate (for example payment gateways, Google Sheets, reCAPTCHA, or libraries such as DataTables or jQuery). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before you use them.
16. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it where we have no lawful basis to keep it.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. We will post the new policy here and update the effective date. Where appropriate we will also email you or display a notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised policy.
