Amli was established in 2017 in Bengaluru, India, with a clear brief: deliver advertising network and technology services that exceed what partners expect from the open market.
Our purpose is to give publishers and advertisers a clean, reliable path through digital advertising — improving service quality, commercial relationships, and profitability on both sides of the auction.
In a short time we have built a substantial portfolio of publishers, advertisers, and demand partners across India, the US, Europe, and APAC. As a focused independent ad network, we work to give partners clear value on web, mobile, gaming, and CTV through inventory and formats that engage users.

CEO, Co-Founder & Director
Drawn to AdTech in 2016, Alok works between Gujarat, India and Dublin, Ireland. He is skilled at bringing people together around shared goals, and at leading teams and organizations through growth. He brings a strong focus on business strategy, partnerships, and long-term value creation. At Amli, he drives the company’s vision while building relationships across the global AdTech ecosystem.
CTO & Founder
An AdTech product and technology leader based in Bengaluru, with 16+ years of experience. Anand is a hands-on builder who turns ideas into products end-to-end from product vision and architecture to engineering and scale. Across his last three companies, he has independently built AdTech platforms from the ground up, combining deep technical expertise with strong product leadership.
Director & CRO
Mrinalini leads Amli’s financial and revenue operations, overseeing revenue performance, financial planning, and commercial reporting. As CRO, she drives revenue strategy, monitors performance across products and teams, and ensures alignment between business development, publisher development, and financial outcomes. She brings strong financial discipline and data-driven oversight to support sustainable growth and profitability.
Sales Head
Based in the Netherlands, Anjali leads global sales and partner growth across all markets. She works with brands and agencies on SSP and DSP onboarding, business development, campaign execution, and programmatic strategies across display, video, and performance channels. She focuses on building strategic partnerships and expanding Amli’s presence across global programmatic markets.
Programmatic only works when publishers keep control of the page, advertisers can see where money went, and partners are not locked into a black box. We ship features that operators use daily: floors, deals, logs, and alerts.
The engineering team sits next to ad ops. When an auction misbehaves, it is a product bug, not a “market condition.”
We hire bidder engineers, ad ops specialists, and partner managers who have run real campaigns. Open roles are shared during the conversation — tell us what you do well.
